✅ Violent Attackers & Extremism – We will remove any accounts linked to terrorism, violent extremism, or mass violent attacks, including content that glorifies such actions.

✅ Suicide & Self-Harm – You may not promote or encourage self-harm, suicide, or harmful behavior.

✅ Sensitive Media & Adult Content – You may not post excessively graphic, violent, or adult content in live videos, profile images, or headers. Content depicting sexual violence is strictly prohibited.

✅ Illegal or Regulated Goods & Services – Using Flock Social for unlawful activities, including the sale or promotion of illegal goods/services, is not allowed.

🔹 Privacy & Personal Information

✅ Protecting Private Information – You may not share or threaten to expose another person's private information (e.g., home address, phone number) without consent.

✅ Non-Consensual Media – Sharing intimate photos/videos of someone without their consent is strictly prohibited.

✅ Unauthorized Account Access – You may not attempt to access, modify, or misuse someone else’s account, credentials, or private data.

🔹 Authenticity & Misinformation

✅ Platform Manipulation & Spam – Artificially boosting or suppressing content, engaging in spam, or disrupting user experiences is prohibited.

✅ Civic Integrity & Election Manipulation – Content that misleads, suppresses participation, or interferes with elections or civic processes is not allowed.

✅ Misleading & Deceptive Identities – Impersonating individuals, organizations, or groups to mislead or deceive others is prohibited.

✅ Synthetic & Manipulated Media – Sharing deceptive, altered, or AI-generated media that could mislead or harm others is restricted.

✅ Copyright & Trademark Protection – Respect intellectual property rights; do not violate copyright or trademark policies.

✅ Third-Party Advertising in Videos – You may not submit or display video content with third-party advertising (e.g., pre-roll ads, sponsorship graphics) without prior consent.

🔹 Enforcement & Appeals

If you violate our community guidelines, we may take action depending on the severity and impact of the violation. Possible enforcement actions include:🔹 Content removal – We may require the removal of violating content.🔹 Account restrictions – Posts may be downranked or made ineligible for discovery in search results.🔹 Temporary suspension – Users may face read-only mode before regaining posting privileges.🔹 Permanent suspension – Accounts that repeatedly violate rules or exist solely to break them may be permanently removed.
