• The strike will expire after 90 days, unless a second strike is issued.

🔹 Second Strike – Temporary Suspension

• If you accumulate a second strike within 90 days, your account will be temporarily suspended.

• During this time, you cannot post or engage with the community.

• After the suspension period, your second strike will expire, but it will remain visible on your account’s history.

🔹 Third Strike – Permanent Suspension

• If you receive a third strike within the same time frame, your account will face permanent suspension.

• Any content that violates our guidelines will be removed.

• A permanent suspension means you can no longer access Flock Social, and your account will be closed.

📢 Reporting & Appeals Process

• Users can report content they believe violates our guidelines.

• If you believe a strike was issued in error, you may submit an appeal.

• Strikes can be removed if your appeal is successful.

• If no additional violations occur, strikes automatically reset after two years.

• Repeat or severe violations may not be appealable.
